Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1-on-1 person-centered support
• Support community integration activities
• Transport clients using company vehicles
• Document progress and maintain support plans
• Collaborate with team for consistent care
Reshab DSP
Key Responsibilities:
• Support residents in developing life skills
• Coach cooking, cleaning, and hygiene
• Assist with medication self-administration
• Document individual progress and goals
• Work overnight shifts as needed

Becoming a RAD Support Professional
Essential Requirements
-18+ years of age
-High school diploma or GED
-Valid driver's license
-Clean driving record
-Pass background check
-Current CPR/First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
-Current TB test (or willing to obtain)
